Great quote. Think about how hard it is to train hard at Gold’s Gym with spin class going on next to you. Now think about how easy it is to train hard when everyone around you is training hard.
Next time you think about “doing some strength work” in your garage on your own, recognize that you are going to be missing a lot.

That is the reason I like coming to PCF. I have access to a full gym at school(where I teach), but prefer going to the box to see others working hard who are there to push me. Jen is my favorite to see working. She always pushes me to work hard. Today, everyone else had PVC and she had an Olympic Bar…She still posted a solid time, pusing 45 more pounds than the rest of us for all 250 reps….
